Are you trying to outrun a health challenge?

Find your calm. Preserve your health.

Without even realizing it, we start running. Then we run a little faster. If we keep running, maybe we’ll overcome it, outsmart it, or just outlast it.

Sometimes, we’ve been running from something since childhood and we don’t even realize it.

In our culture, we don’t consider how we run, or what we’re running from. We only ask, “Can I run a little harder or faster?”

Outrunning “it” gets us just what we would expect: fatigue!

Chronic stress takes a toll!

  • Fatigue
  • brain fog
  • gut pain
  • digestive disorders
  • hair loss
  • joint pain

You might be surprised to find that these can all be related to chronic stress.

Childhood trauma (neglect, abuse, mental/emotional stress) are also associated with health problems later in life, in partciular, autoimmune disease.

The common denominator is a nervous system that is never calm inside your body

Healing, restoration, and digestion
only take place in a rested, calm state.

When we spend too much time in an agitated state, our bodies can’t build new tissue, and we can’t digest and absorb food efficiently.

Eventually, heightened adrenaline puts a strain on systems of the body and we end up with that list of symptoms above, and more. Everyone’s body is different. Two people may have the same stress, but because of environmental factors and genetics, one person falls into autoimmune disease, another develops heart disease. They’re both going to feel very tired, and probably for different reasons. Same stress, though.

What is a health coach?

Health coaches occupy that space in our healthcare system where you probably find yourself.

Most people have non-specific symptoms — there’s no diagnosis and nothing conclusive about your condition.

Most of your bloodwork is within reference ranges. Something’s not right, though.

You’re in that in-between space. You’re losing energy and focus, and you’re collecting other symptoms like joint pain, headaches, and skin issues.

You’re worried about your health, and you’re doing the right thing taking responsibility for fixing it.

Who Am I?

Hi, my name is Monica Sherline-Stapleton. I help exhausted people find their way back to vibrant health so they can get back to vigorously doing things they love with people they love.

I’m certified through Functional Diagnostic Nutrition™, the Institute of Integrative Nutrition™, and I’m an Internationally Certified Health coach with IAHP. You can read my story on my About page.

I sought certification through FDN to solve my own health problems. I know people around me are suffering, and I will pay it forward as long as I can to help others get out of crisis, too.

I’ve been where you are, which enables me to see and understand what you’re going through. But more importantly, it’s often the difference in figuring out where the steps are that lead you out.

When it comes to targeted, functional solutions, a little goes a long way! It’s a powerful approach, and for me, nothing else worked.

I know you can improve your health! Let me help you discover how!

What others are saying …

I’m more than encouraged because of the amazing progress I’m experiencing. It’s been a wonderful journey! Monica’s knowledge, patience, and methodical processes have saved me time and time again from despair. My well being is being restored.  I thank God for Monica Stapleton. — Tricia

I have lost 61 lbs, and I cook and clean and bake and move A LOT!!! I feel alive again, am filled with energy, and not home much anymore. I don’t know when the last time was I stayed in bed all day. I haven’t watched T.V. in weeks. I’m much more interested in health and living and being active.  –Mary
